Certifications and Manufacturing Standards
Australian Made Certification
Petz Park is a registered licensee of the Australian Made Campaign, the only independently verified certification for products genuinely manufactured in Australia. The certification is not self-declared. Licensees must meet the Australian Made, Australian Grown standard for manufacturing origin and submit to ongoing compliance checks.

GMP and APVMA Manufacturing
Every Petz Park product is manufactured in facilities certified to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and approved by the APVMA, the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority. GMP certification requires independent auditing of ingredient handling, production processes, testing and record-keeping. APVMA approval means the facility meets the requirements of Australia's national regulator for agricultural and veterinary chemical products. Both certifications are independently verified, not self-declared.
APVMA facility approvals are published at apvma.gov.au
FDA-Registered Facility
All Petz Park supplements sold in the United States are manufactured in an FDA-registered facility in Australia. This means the facility is registered with the US Food and Drug Administration and subject to potential FDA inspection. US customers receive products made to the same GMP standard as those sold in Australia and the UK.
FDA facility registrations are maintained at fda.gov

View reviewsClinical Evidence
Petz Park's strongest published canine clinical evidence is for the dental supplement ingredient Ascophyllum nodosum (Norwegian Kelp), which is the active ingredient in Plaque Control for Dogs.
Effects of Edible Treats Containing Ascophyllum nodosum on the Oral Health of Dogs: A Double-Blind, Randomized, Placebo-Controlled Single-Center Study
Gawor J, Jank M, Jodkowska K, Klim E, Svensson UK. Frontiers in Veterinary Science, 2018. 5:168.
Study design: Double-blind, randomised, placebo-controlled, single-centre, 60 dogs, 90 days.
Oral administration of edible treats containing Ascophyllum nodosum significantly reduced plaque index and calculus index compared with placebo over 90 days. Dogs in the treatment group also showed significantly lower volatile sulfur compound concentrations and better oral health status on OHI and GBI indices. The subsequent 2021 follow-up study by the same research group cited approximately 40 percent reduction in plaque deposition and 20 percent reduction in calculus formation compared with control.
The study tested a specific commercial product (ProDen PlaqueOff) in treat form, not the Petz Park formulation. Petz Park's Plaque Control delivers the same ingredient class (Ascophyllum nodosum) at 1000mg per scoop in powder form. Subsequent research by the same authors concluded powder is the most effective delivery format for this ingredient.
